The sweetest way to help dogs in need – Interview with Rescue Chocolate

“The sweetest way to save a life” is Rescue Chocolate – a web business located in Brooklyn, NY which is dedicated to helping animal rescues through its net sales of handmade, vegan, kosher and delicious chocolate bars.

Inspired by her love for dogs and chocolate, Sarah Gross started her business in 2010 and carries such thoughtful and flavorful delights as “Peanut Butter Pit Bull” and “Wild at Heart.” Sarah Gross’s passion drives her to create the flavors for her line of dark chocolate products (produced at the Tumbador chocolate factory), as well as naming them, selling them, and choosing the animal rescue charities to support each month. Rescue Chocolate is carried by a number of retail outlets in New York, San Diego, Chicago and elsewhere, and is also sold online.

She also caters for different events and gives every package a special look; you can deliver your message with Chocolates and BonBons, label and personalize them… and support animal rescues throughout the country!

We had a great time chatting with Sarah, the founder of Rescue Chocolate, and learning more about her business, her love of dogs and, of course, chocolate.
