The Found Animals® Foundation is an LA-based non-profit organization devoted to saving the lives of animals and solving the problem of animal overpopulation. The foundation is dedicated to animal welfare issues and led by business and medical professionals. Founded by Dr. Gary Michelson, the organization does everything from working with local shelters to finding homes for strays to offering multi-million dollar incentives for research on animal sterilization. The popular “Adopt and Shop” is just one of the successful projects of Found Animals Foundation, a pet shop with an integrated adoption center which opened up 2 month ago located in Lakewood CA 90712.
We had a great time interviewing and learning from Executive Director Aimee Gilbreath. We’re excited to share with you her experiences, knowledge and projects in helping animals.
